A Balanced Perspective: Love All, Prioritize Wisely.

As Christians, we are called to love our neighbors, to show kindness, and to withhold judgment. This principle applies to every individual, regardless of how they identify. However, while we can respect individuals, we are not obligated to support every movement that arises in society. It is possible to treat people with dignity without endorsing their ideologies or political agendas.

From a Christian perspective, discernment is essential. The Bible warns against hasty judgment, yet it also calls us to be wise in our choices. If someone chooses not to socialize with a specific group, that is a personal decision, provided it is not rooted in hatred or condemnation. Faith, after all, must be a matter of personal conviction, not compulsion. True Christianity does not force belief upon anyone - it invites, it does not coerce.

Not everyone who rejects Christian teachings belongs to a particular social movement, and not every individual within a movement is the same. Therefore, it is crucial to remember that we often do not truly know the heart of another person. We are called to love all, but loving someone does not mean we must align with every cause they support.

Setting the Right Priorities

Members of the LGBTQ2+ movement, like all individuals, have rights that should be acknowledged. However, the rest of society also has rights and needs that deserve attention. Consider this: while governments and media outlets pour significant resources into symbolic gestures such as painting crosswalks or purchasing thousands of flags, other urgent issues are neglected.

Children in hospitals are dying due to a lack of funding. The elderly suffer alone on their deathbeds, separated from loved ones due to manipulated societal fears. Victims of injustice are denied help because funds are redirected to causes that serve political interests rather than fundamental human needs.

As Christians, we must ask ourselves: are we prioritizing wisely? Have we lost focus? Jesus taught us to care for the most vulnerable - the sick, the elderly, the poor, and the oppressed. Yet today, many of these groups are forgotten, drowned out by louder voices demanding attention. True justice does not mean elevating one group at the expense of others; it means ensuring fairness, compassion, and resources for all.
